* To ensure your booking we ask for a 40% advanced payment.

* Pin & credit card facilities are present.

* If cancelled up to 30 days before check-in, the guest will receive a full refund of the deposit.

If cancelled in between 30 and 10 days upon arrival, the refund is 50% of the deposit.

If cancelled later there will be no restitution of the deposit made.
